MINT PATTY MARTINI

3 ounces pepper vodka
2 ounces white crème de menthe
1 Starlight mint
1 ounce darkish chocolate liqueur
1 tablespoon peppermint schnapps

1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add pepper vodka, crème de menthe, and
Starlight mint.
3. Enable shaker stand for one second.
4. Shake.
5. Add darkish chocolate liqueur.
6. Shake.
7. Strain into 2 chilled martini eyeglasses.
8. Top each glass with 50% of the peppermint schnapps.
