Coconut Rice
Ingredients:
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
water, bottled, generic
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350oF.
In a medium sized oven proof sauce pan, bring rice, coconut mik and water to a boil.
Cover and placed in the oven for 18 minutes.
Remove and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Serve with Braised Curry Pork.
