Roasted Tomatoes
Ingredients:
grapes, red or green (european type, such as thompson seedless), raw
oil, olive, salad or cooking
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Roast the tomatoes: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Toss the tomatoes with the oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the dressed tomatoes skin side down in a single layer on the prepared pan.
Roast for 25 minutes.
Use immediately or store refrigerated for up to 2 days.
