Coconut and M&M Cookies
Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, baking soda
salt, table
butter, without salt
sugars, granulated
sugars, brown
egg substitute, powder
vanilla extract
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with a Silpat or parchment paper; set aside.
In a bowl add flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until combined.
Beat in eggs, vanilla and coconut extract until smooth.
Gradually add flour mixture until combined.
Stir in shredded coconut and M&Ms.
Drop by well rounded teaspoons onto prepared baking sheets.
Bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
