Goat Cheese Polenta
Ingredients:
soup, chicken broth or bouillon, dry
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
cornmeal, degermed, unenriched, yellow
cheese, goat, soft type
cheese, parmesan, hard
oil, olive, salad or cooking
Directions:
Bring milk, broth, salt and pepper to a boil.
Wisk in cornmeal and reduce heat to low.
Stir constantly for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat stir in cheeses and oil.
Place in bowl and top with Bolognese sauce and extra parmesan cheese.
