3-Ingredient Tart Crust

Ingredients:
pancakes, plain, dry mix, complete (includes buttermilk)
butter, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Bring the unsalted butter to room temperature until it has a creamy consistency.
Mix in the pancake mix and the milk.
Form the dough into balls and press them into tart tins which have been lightly greased with vegetable oil.
Spread the dough out until it's about 5 mm thick, and prick holes with a fork.
Align the tart tins on a baking tray.
Bake for 10 minutes in the oven.
Let cool slightly.
Fill the crust with custard cream and toppings.
I made it into a larger crust for this peach tart.
You can make easy custard cream in the microwave.
