Tenderizing Beef for Chinese Cooking

Ingredients:
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
leavening agents, baking soda
water, bottled, generic
oil, olive, salad or cooking
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
cornstarch
sugars, granulated
sauce, oyster, ready-to-serve

Directions:
Mix everything together and marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Use in your favorite recipe calling for sliced beef.
