1/4 teaspoon absinthe
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon bitters (Peychaud’s, if probable)
2 ounces bourbon

1. Swirl absinthe in just a chilled aged-formed glass right up until protected.
2. Increase sugar, bitters, and one tablespoon water.
3. Stir until eventually sugar dissolves.
4. Increase superior ice dice and bourbon.
5. Stir.
6. Garnish with a lemon peel.
