1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon bitters (Peychaud’s, if probable)
2 ounces bourbon

1. Swirl absinthe in a chilled aged-formed glass right up until protected.
2. Add sugar, bitters, and one tablespoon water.
3. Stir until sugar dissolves.
4. Add superior ice dice and bourbon.
5. Stir.
6. Garnish with a lemon peel.
