1. Squeeze juice of lemon or lime into a collins glass.
2. Insert sugar and water.
3. Stir.
4. Fill glass with shaved ice.
5. Insert blue curacao.
6. Stir nicely.
7. Garnish with a minimize of lemon and a straw.
