Applebee's Honey Glaze Recipe

Ingredients:
sugars, brown
vinegar, cider
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
honey
sauce, worcestershire
oil, olive, salad or cooking
alcoholic beverage, distilled, whiskey, 86 proof
sauce, ready-to-serve, pepper, tabasco
spices, garlic powder

Directions:
Cornstarch/water mix (as needed to thicken)
Combine liquid ingredients No.
2-10 in saucepan and hot to just below a simmer over low heat.
You may opt to use a "double boiler" pan to avoid scorching the glaze.
Next, add in garlic and then slowly add in sugar while stirring.
In small c./bowl, add in cornstarch to cool water and mix thoroughly till starch is dissolved.
Increase heat to glaze and slowly stir in the starch/water mix as it thickens.
Don't bring to full boil.
Stop just short of the desired final consistency.
It will continue to thicken.
Reduce heat to keep hot.
You may serve on the side of your favorite broiled dish or possibly brush on just before removing from the broiler/grill.
