Tart Crust with a Plastic Bag

Ingredients:
pancakes, plain, dry mix, complete (includes buttermilk)
butter, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d

Directions:
Place the butter in a plastic bag and knead until soft.
Add in the pancake mix and knead some more.
Once the mixture has come together, add milk and knead.
Bring the dough together again into one clump.
Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or more.
Roll it out after chilling.
Press the dough into the tart pan.
Pierce the surface of the dough with a fork to make shallow holes (poke lots of holes near the edges!!
).
Bake for 8 minutes in a preheated oven at 190C.
To finish, decorate with toppings if you wish.
