Berry Dumplings

Ingredients:
goji berries, dried
sugars, granulated
water, bottled, generic
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
salt, table
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
oil, olive, salad or cooking

Directions:
Combine berries, 3/4 cup sugar, and water in a microwave-safe casserole.
Cook for 5 minutes in the microwave.
Quickly mix together dumpling ingredients (flour through oil).
Drop by spoonfuls over the berry mixture.
Cook, covered, in the microwave for 5 minutes until the dumplings are fluffy and done.
