Creamy Mashed Potato Bake
Ingredients:
potatoes, raw, skin
cream, sour, cultured
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
spices, garlic powder
onions, raw
onions, raw
cheese, cheddar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine mash potatoes, sour cream, milk and garlic powder.
Spoon half of mixture into 2 quart casserole.
Sprinkle with 2/3 cup French fried onions, onions and 1/2 cup cheese.
Top with remaining potatoe mixture.
Bake 30 minutes or until hot.
Top with remaining french fried onions and 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
