SPOON SIZE Reduced Fat Munch Mix
Ingredients:
cereals, oats, regular and quick, unenriched, cooked with water (includes boiling and microwaving), without salt
pretzels, soft, unsalted
snacks, popcorn, air-popped (unsalted)
oil, olive, salad or cooking
sauce, worcestershire
salt, table
Directions:
Mix cereal, pretzels and popcorn in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
Mix spread, Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt in small bowl.
Drizzle evenly over cereal mixture; toss to coat.
Bake at 300F for 30 minutes or until crisp, stirring halfway through baking time.
Cool.
Store in tightly covered containers.
To microwave: Pour mixture into large microwavable bowl.
Microwave on HIGH 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp, stirring halfway through cooking time.
Continue as above.
