Easy Hot Fudge Sauce
Ingredients:
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
butter, without salt
sugars, granulated
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
Directions:
in a small but heavy saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter.
add sugar and gradually add in the evaporated milk.
Bring the mixture to a boil, slightly reduce heat, but, continue to boil for another 6-8 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
serve warm over ice cream.
