Broiled Salmon with Rosemary
24 oz or 4 parts of salmon
olive oil spray
2 tsp new lemon juice
2 tsp clean, chopped rosemary
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt and new pepper to style
Recommendations:
Incorporate lemon juice, rosemary, salt, pepper and garlic. Brush blend on to fish.
Spray the rack of a broiler pan with olive oil spray and set up the fish upon it. Broil 4″ in opposition to the warm until finally fish flakes efficiently once confirmed with a fork, approx. 4-6 minutes for each 1/2″ of thickness. If fish is even more than 1″ thick, carefully transform it midway during broiling.
