Beer Mustard Marinade Recipe
Ingredients:
alcoholic beverage, beer, regular, all
onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
oil, olive, salad or cooking
mustard, prepared, yellow
spices, garlic powder
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.
Marinate beef or possibly pork, allowing 1/2 c. of marinade per lb., for up to 24 hrs.
NOTES : Makes 1 1/3 c..
