Raisin Sauce

Ingredients:
butter, without salt
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
beef, grass-fed, ground, raw
sugars, granulated
sauce, worcestershire
lemon juice, raw
raisins, seeded

Directions:
In a medium saucepan, combine butter and flour.
Blend together over medium-high heat.
Gradually add consomme, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and raisins.
Mix thoroughly and serve warm.
