Chia Pudding with Mango and Vanilla

Ingredients:
mango nectar, canned
seeds, chia seeds, dried
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
beans, snap, green, raw

Directions:
Note the listed cook time is actually refrigeration time.
Blend the mango in a blender until smooth and pour into a glass.
In a small bowl or cup, add chia seeds to the milk and stir for 4-5 minutes until it becomes a thick pudding.
Add vanilla bean paste and stir.
Pour the chia mixture on top of the mango sauce and cover.
Put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
(If you make several portions, make sure to cover and refrigerate it and it will last for up to 4 days.)
Serve with fresh fruit or chopped nuts.
