Vegetable Chipotle Chili (Ww Core or 3 Points)

Ingredients:
onions, raw
oil, olive, salad or cooking
spices, chili powder
spices, cumin seed
tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
beans, kidney, all types, mature seeds, raw
corn, sweet, white, raw
terra dolce, organic chipotle dried chile peppers,

Directions:
Cook onion in oil in large saucepan until tender.
Stir in chili powder and cumin.
Add undrained tomatoes, beans, corn, and chipotle peppers.
Simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
Garnish with cilantro, avocados, radishes and cheese, if desired.
