Apple Wheat Bread (Bread Machine)
Ingredients:
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
spices, cinnamon, ground
spices, nutmeg, ground
salt, table
sugars, brown
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
butter, without salt
water, bottled, generic
apples, raw, with skin
lemon juice, raw
Directions:
Place ingredients in bread machine in the order recommended for your machine.
Medium setting, 1 1/2 or 2 pound loaf setting.
I used the 2 pound setting when I made it.
