Ginger Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:
carrots, raw
butter, without salt
sugars, brown
mustard, prepared, yellow
spices, ginger, ground

Directions:
Cook carrots according to package directions; drain and place in serving bowl.
Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard and ginger.
Pour butter sauce over hot carrots and toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
Makes 4-6 servings.
*Brown sugar substitute (Splenda) may be used instead of regular brown sugar.
