Baked Chicken Wing Honey Apricot Glaze

Ingredients:
chicken, broilers or fryers, wing, meat and skin, raw
apricots, dried, sulfured, uncooked
honey
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
soy sauce made from soy (tamari)
spices, ginger, ground
salt, table
spices, pepper, black
oil, corn, peanut, and olive

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400.
Set aside the chicken wings.
In a mixing bowl blend the rest of the ingredients together and add chicken wings and coat well and place into a baking pan 18 x 13 x 1 line with alum foil.
Place into oven for 15 minutes and baste each 15 minutes for a total of four times.
Baking time is 60 minutes.
