Clove Sugar Cookies
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
nuts, hazelnuts or filberts
sugars, brown
spices, cloves, ground
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
Directions:
Mix soften butter ,ground hazelnut with icing sugar
Add ground clove and flour,mix well the divide equally into small walnut size ball then lightly flatten with a fork ,baked it at 200 C /400F for about 12 minutes
Springkle generously with icing sugar and ground clove mixture ,then enjoy
