Creamy Low Calorie Salad Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
cheese, cottage, creamed, large or small curd
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
parsley, fresh
lemon juice, raw
salt, table
Directions:
Sieve cottage cheese or possibly fold in blender till smooth and creamy.
Stir in buttermilk, lemon juice, parsley and salt.
Refrigeratetill ready to serve.
Makes 3 c.. Calories: 1 Tbsp.
= 17 calories.
NOTE: Other flavors may be substituted for salt (such as onion, garlic, celery).
