Simple Bread Loaf

Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
butter, without salt
sugars, granulated
salt, table
vinegar, distilled

Directions:
Add all except butter in mixer.
Knead from low to medium speed until whole dough forms.
Add butter in small pieces and continue mixing for 10-15 minutes.
Cover and let rise.
1.5-3 hours depending on room temperature.
Poking the dough should leave a lasting dent.
Separate into small doughs.
Flatten, rolled and place into pan.
Let rest for another 1.5-3 hours or double its size.
Preheat oven to 200C.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from pan once out of the oven to cool.
