Foolproof! Fluffy Oil-Free Bread in the Bread Maker
Ingredients:
wheat flours, bread, unenriched
wheat flour, white, cake, enriched
water, bottled, generic
sugars, granulated
salt, table
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients except for the yeast into the bread maker, then place the dry yeast where instructed to by your bread maker's instructions.
Start the bread on the 'quick bake' course and it'll come out nice and fluffy at the end!
