Cashewnut Barfi
Components :
Cashewnuts - 300 gms. (finely flooring) Milk - 500 ml.
Sugar - 1 cups Khoya - 250 gms. Coconut - 1 (grated)
Almonds (Badam) and pistachios- 10 gms. just about every (chopped)
Ghee or oil - 1 cup Cardamoms - 2 (flooring) Number of strands of saffron Pinch of nutmeg
Silver varak (paper)
Solution :
1. Move the cashewnut powder throughout a good sieve, then fry inside oil for a number of of mins. and maintain apart.
2. Insert khoya to chilly milk. Individually, insert the nutmeg with a tiny milk and hold apart.
3. Fry the coconut within just oil right up until it turns a mild brown.
