Shakarpara (Diamonds)

Elements :

Flour - 2 cups Milk - 1/2 cup Sugar - 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds (til) - 2 tbsp.
Ghee - 4 tbsp. Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Oil or Ghee for deep frying

Technique :

1. Hot milk . Increase ghee and sugar and stir until eventually very well dissolved.
2. Insert this blend to the flour and bind to a complicated dough.
3. Incorporate sesame seeds and knead very well. Divide the dough into heavy balls.
4. Roll out upon a board into thick rounds. Slash into little diamond formed sections.
(This can be completed through slicing it horizontally into strips and then slash it throughout in just a slanted design and style)
5. Deep fry within very hot oil right up until mild brown inside of colour.
