1/2 cup coconut gratings, fresh new
8 gren chillies, minced
A pinch of hing (asoefetida) dissolved inside of 2-3 tsp water
4 tsps salad oil
1/2 tsp crimson chilli powder
Salt to flavor
For seasoning:
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 sprig curry leaves
1-2 tsp oil for seasoning
Course of action
Grate the mango and established apart.
Crush jointly the coconut, green chillies and salt.
Deliver the dressing through combining the green chillies, salt, purple chilli powder, salad oil and coconut.
Blend the dressing with the grated mango. Period with mustard and curry leaves.
