Bhindi Gojju
Components
1 lb bhendi (okra), minimize into slender rounds.
3 cups of buttermilk(or diluted yoghurt)
1 tsp mustard seeds

A very little piece of ginger, beaten finely(optional)
3-4 green chillies chopped finely
1 sprig curry leaves A pinch of hing Salt to style
Treatment
Carry out salt to the bhendi and deep fry inside scorching oil right up until darkish brown and preset apart.
Warmth 2 tsp oil and include the mustard seeds, ginger, green chilles, curry leaves and the hing. Fry right up until the mustard begins crackling.
Include the fried bhendi and stir for 2 minutes. Just take it versus the fire.
Insert the buttermilk and salt to flavor(recall that the okra is now salted).Combination very well. Include some water if the gojju is way too thick.
Try to eat with simple rice and dal.
