Gluten Free Protein Toaster Waffles

Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
lemon juice, raw
beverages, protein powder whey based
leavening agents, baking powder, double-acting, sodium aluminum sulfate
leavening agents, baking soda
egg, white, raw, fresh
syrup, maple, canadian
vanilla extract
spices, cinnamon, ground
oats
applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid (includes usda commodity)

Directions:
Preheat waffle maker.
In a small bowl, combine milk and lemon juice and let stand 510 minutes until milk starts to curdle.
In a blender or food processor, add all other ingredients.
When milk has curdled, add in milk.
Blend until evenly mixed and the oats have broken down and become a flour.
Grease your waffle maker really well.
Pour batter into waffle maker and cook according to machine instructions.
Repeat with the rest of the batter, making sure to re-grease after each one.
Eat immediately or freeze for later use.
If frozen, remove from freezer and place in toaster to reheat.
