Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients:
bananas, raw
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
seeds, flaxseed
Directions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients.
Puree until smooth.
If the smoothie is too thick, add more skim milk until the desired consistency is reached.
Serve.
