Coconut Scented Jasmine Rice
Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
salt, table
rice, white, long-grain, regular, unenriched, cooked without salt
Directions:
In a pot over high heat, add the water, coconut milk and salt.
Bring to a boil and then add the rice.
Reduce the heat to low and then cover with a tightly fitting lid.
Cook for 18-20 minutes and then remove from heat and keep covered for 5 minutes.
Serve with your favorite Thai dish!
