No Bake Peanut Butter Nuggets
Ingredients:
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
oats
spices, cinnamon, ground
wheat germ, crude
apple juice, canned or bottled, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, milk powder, and coconut in a large mixing bowl.
Stir in oats, ground cinnamon, wheat germ, and apple juice concentrate until thoroughly combined.
Shape the mixture into 1 inch balls.
Chill thoroughly before serving; store remaining nuggets in the refrigerator.
Nuggets can also be chilled in the freezer.
