Creme Fraiche

Ingredients:
cream, fluid, heavy whipping
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
sugars, granulated

Directions:
Mix together cream and buttermilk in glass container.
Cover and let stand at room temp for 12 hours without disturbing.
Stir and chill for 6 hours.
Stir again and serve as is, or add the sugar to serve on pies and such.
