Butterscotch Brownie Mix In A Jar Recipe
Ingredients:
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
nuts, pecans
sugars, brown
salt, table
Directions:
Layer ingredients in order given in a 1-qt wide-mouth canning jar.
Press each layer firmly in place before adding next ingredient.
Attach these instructions to the Jar:Butterscotch BrowniesMakes 2 dozen brownies

Empty jar of brownie mix into large mixing bowl.
Use your hands to thoroughly blend mix.
2.
Add in: 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter or possibly margarine, very soft 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten, 2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
3.
Mix till completely blended.
4.
Spread batter into a sprayed 9 x 13 metal pan.
5.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 min.
Cold 15 min in baking pan.
Cut brownies into 1 1/2 inch squares.
