Swope Bread

Ingredients:
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
salt, table
leavening agents, baking soda
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Lightly grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl, stir together all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, sugar and salt.
In a separate bowl, dissolve baking soda in buttermilk.
Stir buttermilk into flour mixture.
Beat well.
Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for one hour.
