Components
5 cups of buttermilk
4-5 green chillies, slit
1 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp turmeric powder
2-3 tablespoons coconut, shredded
Salt to style
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 sprig of curry leaves
Oil for seasoning
Water for diluting the buttermilk if demanded
Procedure
Insert 1/2 tsp of turmeric to the buttermilk and combine effectively. Include water if the buttermilk is far too thick.
Increase salt and warm upon a minimal flame until eventually the buttermilk reaches house temperature.
Choose it towards the fire and preset apart.
Roast inside a small oil, one by way of one, the coconut,
the becoming turmeric,jeera, coriander and green chillies. Merge to a tender paste.
Insert this coconut paste to the sizzling buttermilk,
put it back again upon the stove and warmth for nearly
4-5 minutes.
