Substances:
1 lb. cabbage, shredded
1/2 lb. cooked potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 lb. carrots, shredded
1 tsp. mustard seeds
1 tsp. floor mustard
1 tsp. chilli powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt or to flavor
2 tbsp. oil
Cilantro/coriander leaves
Approach:
Warm oil inside a superior non-adhere frying pan (or skillet), and fry the mustard seeds and floor mustard
for fifty percent a moment, then insert the carrots, cilantro/coriander leaves and the shredded cabbage. As soon as
15 minutes, incorporate the cooked potatoes with lemon juice, chilli powder and salt. Provide.
