(Sarson ka Saag)
Elements:
1 tbsp. oil
1 higher onion, pureed
1 superior tomato, pureed
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. garlic paste

1/2 tsp. every single cumin, coriander, turmeric and chilli powders.
1 tsp. salt or to flavor
1 lb. chopped mustard veggies
Strategy:
Warm oil in just a non-adhere frying pan (or skillet) and fry the onion and tomato, ginger and garlic
pastes, cumin, coriander, turmeric and chilli powders jointly for 5 minutes. Increase the chopped mustard vegetables, and cook for 20 5 minutes upon medium lower warm with a cup of lukewarm water.
