Peasant Bread
Ingredients:
water, bottled, generic
oil, olive, salad or cooking
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
sugars, granulated
salt, table
leavening agents, yeast, baker's, active dry
Directions:
Add ingredients according to your breadmachine's instructions.
Set the cycle for dough and let it go.
When the dough cycle ends set it for the French Bread cycle and dark crust.
After baking, cool before slicing.
