Peas & Potato Curry
"Alu Matar"
Substances:
1 lb. shelled green peas
1 onion, pureed
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. garlic paste
1 tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. chilli powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
1 huge potato, cooked and cubed
1 tsp. salt or to flavor
Cilantro/coriander leaves
1 tbsp. oil
Process:
Warm oil within just a non-adhere frying pan (or skillet) and fry the onions, ginger and garlic, jointly with
cumin and coriander powders for 5 minutes. Insert potato, green peas, turmeric and chilli powders and salt collectively with fifty percent a cup of lukewarm water and cook upon medium small warmth for 15 minutes. Garnish with cilantro/coriander leaves.
