Easy Crust-less Spinach and Feta pie
10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and liquid squeezed out
1/2 cup scallions, chopped
Two tbsp chopped refreshing dill
Two tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup (2.Five oz) reduced weight crumbled feta
2 tbsp grated Asiago cheese (or Parmesan, Romano)
1/2 cup white total wheat flour (Bob’s Purple Mill)
Just one tsp baking powder
2/3 cup bodyweight cost-free milk
One tsp olive oil
2 huge eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp kosher salt
contemporary cracked pepper in direction of taste
Directions:
Preheat oven toward 400°. Frivolously spray a pie dish with cooking spray or your misto.
Mix spinach, scallions, dill, parsley, feta cheese, and spoon into the pie dish.
sift flour and baking powder inside a medium bowl. Increase getting elements toward the bowl and blend effectively. Pour into pie dish.
Bake 28 toward 33 minutes or until knife will come out refreshing towards the center. Allow for it stand at bare minimum Five minutes ahead of serving.
