Peanut Butter
Ingredients:
oil, corn, peanut, and olive
oil, corn, peanut, and olive
sugars, granulated
honey
salt, table
Directions:
a quick basic recipe for Peanut butter, other kind of nuts can be used, this can be made in a food processor, Mortar and pestle or slow juicer, I use a juicer the Omega 8004
put peanuts into the processor and run till the nuts become finely chopped dribble in a little bit of oil, just enough to thin out to the texture you like, for chunky Peanut Butter remove some nuts of the desired size and mix in at the end
At this point your peanut butter is done if you want a natural type Peanut Butter, for a more store bought flavor add the sugar and salt now I do by taste spoon in some sugar tasting as you go and do salt by the pinch
Honey is a wonderful alternative to the sugar, with the Honey you don't need the Peanut Oil or can use less
For the first few times take the time to see how the flavors mix and how you can refine the recipes smoothness and flavor to suit your taste, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and it should be good for 2 months *:~:*Enjoy your Peanut Butter*:~:*
