Ingredients:
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched
butter, without salt
salt, table
Directions:
Mix ingredients until the mixture is the consistency of corn meal.
Store mixture in jar in fridge.
To make sauce mix 1/2 cup mixture with 1 cup water.
Add grated cheese, parsley, for fish, scalloped potatoes, macaroni, etc.
