Simple Fried Rice
Components:
1 1/4 cup raw rice (practically 250 grams)
1 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. chilli powder
1 tsp. each individual cumin and mustard seeds
1 tsp. salt or to style
Cilantro/coriander leaves
1 tbsp. oil
Procedure:
Warmth oil inside a large bottomed saucepan and fry the cumin and mustard seeds for one instant. Incorporate rice, turmeric and chilli powders and salt collectively with 2 and a 50 percent cups of lukewarm water, protect with the lid and cook upon medium small warmth for 50 percent an hour. Garnish with cilantro/coriander leaves.
