Weight Watchers Parmesan Chicken Cutlets
Ingredients:
cheese, parmesan, hard
delallo, italian seasoned breadcrumbs,
spices, paprika
spices, parsley, dried
spices, garlic powder
spices, pepper, black
chicken, broiler or fryers, breast, skinless, boneless, meat only, raw
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F
In a resealable plastic bag, combine cheese, crumbs, and all seasonings and shake well
Transfer mix to plate
Dip each chicken breast into cheese mixture, turning to coat all sides
Arrange on a nonstick baking sheet
Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through
