For deal with:
1 cup simple flour (maida)
2 tbsp. very hot oil
water to knead dough

For filling:
2 potatoes hefty boiled, peeled, mashed
1 onion finely chopped
13
2 green chillies beaten
1/2 tsp. ginger beaten
1/2 tsp. garlic overwhelmed
1 tbsp. coriander finely chopped
1/2 lemon juice extracted
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
1/2 tsp. garam masala
1/2 tsp. coriander seeds cru reduce
1 tsp. crimson chilli powder salt to style
oil to deep fry

Approach

For dough:
Deliver perfectly inside of the flour.
Insert oil, salt and small water.Incorporate nicely until crumbly.
