Potato & Spinach Curry
(Alu Saag)

Components:
1 lb. chopped spinach
1 lb. potatoes, cooked and cubed
2 tbsp. oil
1 weighty onion, pureed
1 significant tomato, pureed
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. garlic paste
1/2 tsp. each individual cumin, coriander, turmeric and chilli powders.
1 tsp. salt or to flavor

Approach:
Warmth oil in just a non-adhere frying pan (or skillet) and fry the onion and tomato, ginger and garlic
pastes, cumin, coriander, turmeric and chilli powders alongside one another for 5 minutes. Incorporate the chopped spinach and the potatoes, and cook for 20 5 minutes upon medium reduced warm with a cup of lukewarm water. Stir properly to allow the spinach merge with the spices and protect with a lid for the duration of cooking.
